Spam & Commercial Activity

- Promoting products, services, or businesses
- Sharing affiliate links or referral codes
- Mass messaging for commercial purposes
- Collecting user information without consent
Privacy Violations
- Sharing others' private information without permission (doxxing)
- Recording or screenshotting conversations without consent
- Attempting to obtain personal data through deception
- Sharing screenshots of private chats publicly
Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates laws or regulations
- Sex trafficking, exploitation, or solicitation
- Underage use (must be at least 18 years of age)
- Scams, phishing, or fraud attempts
- Attempting to bypass security measures
Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to enforce these guidelines. Content may be removed and accounts restricted or terminated based on violations. Our team reviews reports promptly and takes appropriate action.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:
- Use the "Report" button during a chat or on a user's profile

- Provide as much detail as possible (usernames, screenshots, timestamps)
- Do not engage with the offending user—report and block instead
All reports are reviewed confidentially. We do not tolerate retaliation against users who report in good faith.
Consequences
Violations result in escalating actions:
- First offense: Warning and temporary restriction (1-7 days)
- Second offense: Extended suspension (30 days)
- Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban
- Illegal activity: Immediate ban and reporting to authorities
We review all reports objectively and consider context. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action without warning for severe violations that threaten community safety.
Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] with the subject "Appeal - [Your Username]." Provide a clear explanation of why you believe the action was mistaken. Appeals are reviewed within 72 hours.
Updates to Guidelines
These guidelines may be updated periodically to address emerging issues or improve community standards. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of Live Person after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
